Suspected Shock/Sepsis

• NS 500ml bolus, may repeat once
  
• **Dopamine drip, titrate for SBP >90, Start at 5mcg/kg/min** (ONLY If unable to contact attending Physician within 20 minutes)
  
• Foley
  
• Sepsis Bundle Order Set
  
• Trendelenberg

Tests to be considered: CBC, CMP, Lactate, BCx2, CXR
